Exchanges & Returns

 

Exchanges and returns are easy at Snap Mat Systems Inc.

 

Please contact us at info@thehogamat.com to receive your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Include in your email your reason for return and we will email you the form to send back your item(s).

 

For Returns (Refunds):

 

Although we’re sure you are going to love your new HOGA™ Mat System, if you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

  1. Get your RMA# for your return via email.
  2. Please include original invoice with your return.
  3. Return the items in the original box (HOGA™ Mat Systems only).
  4. Snap Mat Systems Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs with returned items.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the product.

 

For manufacturing defects and exchanges:

 

With proper care and use, we will repair or exchange your HOGA™ Mat System within 180 days from the date of purchase.

  1. Get your RMA# for your return via email.
  2. Include original invoice for your return.
  3. We will cover the cost of shipping your return by sending a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Your replacement item will be shipped once we received the return, or will be repaired within 1-2 days and returned to you.
