Q: My mat has a slight curl at the corners when I unroll it, is this normal?
A: When you first get your mat, you may find the corners have a slight ‘dog ear’ from being rolled up during shipping. We recommend simply rolling the mat the opposite way and this should take care of the “curling”. It will also relax with use.
Q: When I received my HOGA™ Mat System, it had a bit of a “new” smell, will this go away?
A: Yes, there is no need to be concerned. The “new” smell on the TPE mat, is simply from the packaging when we receive it. It will dissipate with the first few uses or sooner.
